平台員購辦法
The General Terms and Conditions of Staff-Purchasing Platform

1. 本平台僅開放給已達法定合法飲酒年齡之18歲以上之人登錄，依據兒童及少年福利與權益保障法及相關法令規定，未滿18歲之人禁止購酒與飲酒。 
   This platform is only available for those who are above 18 years old and thus could drink liquor legally to register. According to The Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act and the relevant regulations, those who are under 18 years old are prohibited to buy and drink liquor.
   
   
2. 本平台僅開放給新加坡商酩悅軒尼詩股份有限公司台灣分公司及LVMH 集團其他台灣公司員工使用。
   This platform is offered only to staff of MOET HENNESSY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE) and other LVMH group companies based in Taiwan.
   
   
3. 經由本平台購買員購產品，訂單一經成立及付款，恕不接受任何形式的退貨(包括但不限於平台上已標示說明瑕疵情況之不影響酒品本身品質之瑕疵品等)。 
   Once the order of the staff-purchasing products through this platform is established and paid, any form of return (including but not limited to defective products that have been marked and described the defect condition on this platform and that do not affect the quality of the liquor itself, etc.) will not be accepted.
   
   
4. 經由本平台購買員購產品，限透過信用卡完成付款(Visa/Master/JCB) 
   The Payment of the order of the staff-purchasing products through this platform is limited to be completed by Credit Card (Visa/Master/JCB).
    
5. 每一個員工帳號於本平台購買員購產品之每月限購額度為NT$13,000，且年度特賣限購額度為NT$20,000。此每月及年度特賣限購額度金額新加坡商酩悅軒尼詩股份有限公司台灣分公司有最終修改權利並得隨時調整之，員工對此不得以任何理由提出異議。 
   The monthly purchase limit for each staff account to purchase staff-purchasing products on this platform is NT$13,000, and the annual sales purchase limit is NT$20,000. MOET HENNESSY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE) has the final right to revise the monthly and annual special sales purchase limit amount and may adjust at any time, and staff shall not object to this for any reason.
   
   
6. 經由本平台購買員購產品之所有訂單將不額外收取運費，惟，每筆訂單最低購買金額為NT$5,000，若訂單購買金額低於此金額，訂單不成立。There will be no additional shipping fee charges for all orders of staff-purchasing products through this platform. However, the minimum purchase amount for each order is NT$5,000. If the purchase amount of the order is lower than this amount, the order will not be established.
   
   
7. 本平台所有商品數量有限，售完為止，且新加坡商酩悅軒尼詩股份有限公司台灣分公司對於每筆訂單有最終修改權利，員工對此不得以任何理由提出異議。 
   All products on this platform are limited in quantity, while stock lasts, and MOET HENNESSY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE) has the final right to modify each order, and staff shall not object to this for any reason.
   
   
8. 經由本平台購買員購產品之員工應保證所填載收貨地址之收貨人已年滿18歲以上，且為購買者所指定的授權代表，收貨人就此所為之任何指示、資訊提供及行為均視為由購買者本人所為。 
   Staff who purchases staff-purchasing products through this platform shall guarantee that the consignee of the delivery address filled in is over 18 years old and is the authorized representative designated by the purchaser. Any instructions, information and actions made by the consignee in this regard are deemed to be made by the purchaser himself.
   
   
9. 請勿將本平台之員購產品特賣信息和產品照片透過任何方式對新加坡商酩悅軒尼詩股份有限公司台灣分公司及LVMH 集團其他台灣公司外部的任何人分享，尤其嚴禁在任何社交媒體平台上分享本平台上之員購產品圖片等任何涉及員購活動的信息。 
   Please do not share the product sales information and product photos of staff-purchasing products on this platform with anyone outside MOET HENNESSY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE) and other LVMH group companies based in Taiwan in any way. Sharing any information related to staff-purchasing activities, such as pictures of staff-purchasing products on this platform, on any social media platform is extremely prohibited.
   
   
10. 經由本平台所購買之員購產品僅供購買者本人使用或贈與他人，禁止轉售營利。本平台之員購產品於訂單成立後、發貨前均會統一做好”不得轉售”之標記。 
    The staff-purchasing products purchased through this platform are only for the purchaser's own use or gift to others, and resale for profit is prohibited. All the staff-purchasing products purchased through this platform will be marked as "not for resale" after the order is established and before delivery.
    
    
11. 使用本平台購買員購產品時即表示已詳閱及同意接受本員購辦法條款的約束，本員購辦法將被嚴格執行，任何違反本員購辦法的員工將被取消購買資格並交由人力資源部門處理。 
    When using this platform to purchase staff-purchasing products, it means that you have read and agreed to be bound by the terms of The General Terms and Conditions of Staff-Purchasing Platform. The General Terms and Conditions of Staff-Purchasing Platform will be strictly implemented, and any staff that violates The General Terms and Conditions of Staff Purchasing Platform will be disqualified from purchasing and handed over to the Human Resources Department for processing.
    
    
12. 新加坡商酩悅軒尼詩股份有限公司台灣分公司保留本員購辦法之最終解釋權，並保有以公告方式隨時解釋、補充、修改、變更本員購辦法之權利。 
    MOET HENNESSY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD., TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE) reserves the right of final interpretation of The General Terms and Conditions of Staff-Purchasing Platform, and reserves the right to explain, supplement, modify, and change The General Terms and Conditions of Staff Purchasing Platform at any time by announcement .
